Project Overview
Identify and tackle a user experience problem, such as a frustrating website or app. Once a pain point has been justified create a digital, medium fidelity clickable prototype that nullifies the pain point.
The pain point that I discovered from user interviews involved delivery drivers not being able to add more than 10 stops to their Google Maps app. Once identified, a mid-fidelity prototype was created and tested
My Contributions
• Use desk research to define the problem
• Conducting user interviews and synthesise the findings
• Using ideation techniques to generate ideas and prioritise a concept to be designed
• Create a low-fidelity prototype for your design
• Test low-fidelity prototypes and synthesise the findings to inform iteration on the design
• Create clickable medium-fidelity prototypes
• Playback the design process.
